I love exploring moving and breathing in all different kinds of ways, and even more so, sharing this joy with others. For me, these are the most effective ways to bring myself closer to a state of inner balance.
During my studies, I have taught different styles of fitness classes including HIIT and functional training. At the same time, I gradually fell more and more in love with the practice of Yoga, as it matches movement with a deeper purpose. This fascination for a more holistic approach to living has led me to do two consecutive Yoga Teacher Trainings. When I went back to working in the corporate world, I felt the need to counterbalance the one-sided life style that is accompanied by a 40-hours office job. So, I started to hold movement and mindfulness sessions to my colleagues. This again showed me that it is my big wish to share the tools for a healthier life with others.
