What brought you to Yoga?
Yoga has been a way of life for me. It’s a way for me to tap into myself and heal myself not only physically but mentally and spiritually. It’s saved my life many times and for that I am grateful.
My class incorporates all my teachings as well as not only personal practices but also energy work. I enjoy to make toning ones body not only fun but also a spiritual practice. In my class we do not only that, but at a bit of a twist - DANCE! You can expect yoga mixed with Pilates and barre as well as a bit of ballet and hip hop elements.
